Yesterday it appeared my device wasn’t working with my app correctly, my device was on but none of my data was updating on the app. I rebooted the device, restarted the app and my phone twice. Then I decided to log out of the app and log back in.. Error, it then asked me to enter my details like a new account and took me to a payment page.. I already have an account so I closed and tried again. Now it asks me for my email and password then on the next page asks for my name and username when I enter my username then goes “username taken” well duh its my account… I have emailed support but have not heard anything back and as I am still paying for the app I am getting frustrated.

I am having the same problem. I got my whoop yesterday and made an account. I accidentally logged out today and when I went to log back in, it made me make a whole new account and I couldn’t use the username I picked because it was already used, duh that’s my username. Can you please help with this? When I email support it’s AI generated and they are not helpful.
I’m having the same thing happen to me and I’m getting very very frustrated.
I’m having the same issue. App quit half way through. Please assist. Username should be rainicornboots, and shows up here on the forum (see above!) but I can’t “set up” the account with the name I apparently…already have. Help!
