App says my username is taken but i am trying to log in

Yesterday it appeared my device wasn’t working with my app correctly, my device was on but none of my data was updating on the app. I rebooted the device, restarted the app and my phone twice. Then I decided to log out of the app and log back in.. Error, it then asked me to enter my details like a new account and took me to a payment page.. I already have an account so I closed and tried again. Now it asks me for my email and password then on the next page asks for my name and username when I enter my username then goes “username taken” well duh its my account… I have emailed support but have not heard anything back and as I am still paying for the app I am getting frustrated.

I am having the same problem. I got my whoop yesterday and made an account. I accidentally logged out today and when I went to log back in, it made me make a whole new account and I couldn’t use the username I picked because it was already used, duh that’s my username. Can you please help with this? When I email support it’s AI generated and they are not helpful.
