App says my membership is expired

I had whoop previously which I cancelled I now got a 5.0 with the yearly subscription same email account I have connected the account but the membership says expired not pulling the new membership automatically

I probably have the same issue and AI generated whoop support mails are not helping at all

Hi please could you check mine? I am having same issue. I have purchased the MG Life yearly subscription from Healf, opened the app paired the new device and it says membership expired! really gutted as wanted to use it today for a big workout and was waiting for it to be delivered and now cant use it! thank you, Karmen

I got a new whoop from Amazon and trying to register keep asking for my credit card and say it’s expired on one month

Same thing here. I bought mine on Amazon, which came with a 12-month subscription. It arrived today, but the app is still asking me to sign up for a free trial. Where are my 12 months? :open_mouth:

Hi, I have the same issue. Bought my yearly peak plan in June 23 and no the app says it’s expired/ filed payment… can somebody please fix that?
