It would be motivating to have to input body weight daily in my journal and have the app take that data into consideration. Ideally having this plus muscle mass etc would be really cool for the people who are measuring those things.
Is your suggestion putting it in the journal? Because otherwise Whoop already has weight and lean body mass which you can either manually input daily or integrate from other apps.
