App approval to raise the 10-user limit - 3 submissions since February, still no response

Hi WHOOP team,

I’m writing from OneTwenty (onetwenty.com), a health optimization membership in the US. Members get quarterly lab panels, and we sync WHOOP recovery, sleep, and strain data alongside that bloodwork so they can see how their day-to-day physiology tracks against their biomarkers over time. The wearable trend is what makes a quarterly lab result interpretable between draws — it’s the core of the product, not a side feature.

We’ve followed the formal process and are only asking to accelerate our existing request, not bypass anything. We first submitted to raise the 10-user limit on February 7th, and again on June 1st and in mid-July. Nearly six months and three submissions later, we’ve had no approval, no rejection, and no timeline — nothing beyond the initial auto-reply.

We’ve fully tested within the 10-user limit and are ready to scale. We’d be glad to start at even 50 users, and expect to reach a few hundred over the coming months. Our syncs run well within normal usage.

The delay is now hitting our members directly. WHOOP is the most-requested device among them, and we actively encourage adoption because it’s the best fit for what we do. But our members can connect every other wearable and not WHOOP, and we’ve been telling them no since February. Most of the dozen currently waiting are multi-year WHOOP subscribers already.

We see this as a win for WHOOP. It puts WHOOP data next to clinical bloodwork for an engaged, high-value member base, and it drives WHOOP adoption among people actively shopping for a wearable.
