In June I received the April MPA (instead of May MPA) via e-mail link (after the switch so you no longer got the weekly performance assessment - disappointed to lose this but that’s by the way), when I contacted support they just e-mails my May report. Now in July I’ve received the MPA for May, I’ve contacted support by e-mail and I’m stuck with an AI response that is not getting me anywhere - directing me to places that don’t exist and sending me links that don’t work.
I wondered if anyone else had a similar issue and if they’ve been able to resolve it?
From what I understand, that feature is gone. Which is very disappointing. It is now just an email summary, no more over year time data.
