Amazon Purchase - Membership not linking to account

Hi,

I had a free trial of Whoop 2 years ago but decided not to proceed. I’ve just purchased a 5.0 with a 12 month peak membership from Amazon. When following the installation instructions it logged me into my old account, instead of setting up a new one (I only have one email address). The band has now linked, but the 12 month membership hasn’t, and it’s asking me to sign up to a new subscription.

Does anyone know how to link these?

Sorry for the frustration here. If you only has one email address and cannot create a new account with a different email, the membership purchased from Amazon will not automatically apply to the old account.
