Amazon Purchase - 12-Month Membership Not Linking to Existing Account

Dear WHOOP Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance with linking my 12-month membership to my existing account.

Situation:
• I previously used a WHOOP free trial approximately 2 month ago but did not continue with a paid membership

• I recently purchased a WHOOP 5.0 device with a 12-month Peak membership from Amazon

• When setting up the new device, the app automatically logged me into my existing account (same email address)

• The device has successfully paired and connected via Bluetooth

Current Issue:
• The 12-month membership from my Amazon purchase is not showing in my account
• The app is only showing the option to pay for a new subscription
• I would like to link the Amazon-purchased 12-month membership to my existing account email

Could you please help add the 12-month membership to my existing account? I can provide my Amazon order details

Even I tried use new email it asked me to pay for subscription

I’m having the same issue. Not sure why their system can’t allow recognition of a WHOOP strap and 1 -year membership bought from a third-party retailer without manual intervention.

I am having the same issue although I purchased the new whoop directly at whoop (not on Amazon)
