Due to specific medical concerns I’ve had to make adjustments to my workouts recently. While the recommendations from whoop for activities with considerationfor this concern is really great, it would be so much easier if it could also create the workout its suggesting. Its difficult to go back and forth between the conversation and the strength Trainer to create it myself.
