Allow coach to agentically log strength exercises

Hi! Would love if the AI coach could agentically log my exercises for muscular load. I’ve started logging and given up because it took too long so many times. Sometimes it’s much easier to describe in plain english than go looking for the correct exercise and enter everything. I also do a lot of hiit/functional strength training where there are combo moves and I don’t know how best to log them

I just got an email saying that that feature was re-released in WHOOP Coach, but I tried to use it this morning to no avail

If the feature exists, they should probably put some information out there on how to use it.

I like the idea of it, especially if it can take a copy/paste from my workout tracker and save me the time from doubling up data entry – which I usually give up on and skip the Whoop version.

The downside is that the Whoop strength/exercise tracker isn’t too far off from where it needs to be – it just needs usability QoL improvements, additional exercise datapoints (description field, custom thumbnail, custom “how-to” images), and the ability to log different types of exercises (e.g. Weight + Reps, Weight + Duration, Duration + Reps, etc.).

It feels a lot like F_tbit’s integrated tools where they did just enough to implement the idea, but not enough to make them easy to use so that users would be enticed to use them – they eventually yielded those features to third-party integrations, the downside that they no longer have a curated and structured dataset for other analyses.
