The “Coach” used to be able to identify new activities and automatically provide insights immediately after syncing, but now it keeps repeating an older activity and shows the entire dialogue from days ago instead of focusing on just the recently completed activity. I tried rebooting Whoop and reinstalling the app but nothing worked. Please advise! Thank you.

Mine too! It’s stuck to a week-old activity. It also stopped giving me insight in the morning based on recovery, etc
I’ve been trying to get a ticket opened, but the tech support I’ve been dealing with keeps asking for the same data over and over.
Whoop - what is the fix for this? I have been speaking to support for a number of days trying to rectify this issue.Obviously uninstalling the App isn’t the solution if numerous people are experiencing the same problem.Ive just seen another thread on here discussing the same issues and the same again on a Whoop Facebook group.I very recently prepaid a yearly Life subscription and haven’t had quality data for a week!
Finally got it actually elevated to a bug.
Thankfully. Been dealing with the problem for about a week now and have gotten nowhere with support.
Same with me, I was in contact with support, and it seems it’s been tracked as a bug now
