AI coach lacks customizability after coming out of beta

For the first year of having Whoop, the AI coach was one of the reasons why I was able to understand my health data at a quick glance and monitor it every day. It truly changed how I think of sleep and strain, how I recognize patterns in my habits and has helped me sleep more, cut alcohol and not overtrain. Pure data would never have the same effect, which is why the AI coach has been a blessing for me.

I noticed immediately that coach had come out of beta when I was no longer delivered that information every morning, but a borderline hardcoded summary with simply a recovery summary and forced activity recommendations that structurally looks the same every day and has no space for observations of anomalies in my habits.

I gave context to customize it, but the outlook seems to be strictly rule-based and doesn’t allow for that. The result is a soulless, non-customizable coach that you have to ask extra questions from to get the information you desire in the format you want every day. AI can do so much more with the right design, and I can tell the harness in general has gotten better (love the event memory!) but the everyday touchpoint disappoints me :face_holding_back_tears:

I also want to add to the topic by saying it would be great if you were able to give it context on how you’d like your daily summary to look. I originally tried to tell Coach in memory how it should look but that didn’t work. For example I wanted it much more concise, more bullet point styled. Is that something the Whoop AI team could look into, @Durkin?
