Advanced Labs – Biomarker Request (ApoA1 & ApoB/A1 Ratio)

I’d like to suggest expanding WHOOP Advanced Labs to include:

  • Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1)
  • Apolipoprotein B (already included, but exposed more prominently)
  • Apolipoprotein B/A1 Ratio

These markers—especially the ApoB/A1 ratio—are widely used in cardiometabolic and preventive cardiology research as a more nuanced view of atherogenic vs. protective lipoproteins than ApoB or standard lipids alone. Given WHOOP’s focus on healthspan and integrated biomarker + behavior insights, adding ApoA1 and an explicit ApoB/A1 ratio output would be very valuable.
