Advance Labs Delete Uploads and reupload won’t override values

I’ve just uploaded a Canadian Lab Results. And then delete it but the values stayed in

When I reuloaded it just dupplicated the row as Oct 18th same results same dates.

Even if I deleted all the values that first exam is on my profile saved.

I’ve deleted all the bloodwork and reuploaded the one from April and the october still appears in the historic values :man_shrugging:

I’m running into the same issue. It shows historically that I’ve only uploaded one test from June 2025 yet the graph shows a duplicate of the test results.

My “temporal” solution was deleting the dupplicated labtest and since it is still appearing the historic value it won’t be repeated (for know) until whoop refresh their database  (or edit the biomarkers and deselect the dupplicated ones)

Hey fellow canuck,

It seems whoop is having troubles with Canadian users and their Advanced Labs. I had a different but related issue as well that seems to be flagged by their team. Hopefully they can include your issue in their review.

Hey! I saw your post and I converted the units from the Canadian test with AI (the other was in US) but in the interim resulted in the dupplicated values for October 18th :man_shrugging:

Hi all,

I’ve reached out to our Advanced Labs team to report the issue. I will try to get more details and then circle back.

Thanks for taking the time to write in and report the problem.

omg no way!

I had to go into the original test with the incorrect numbers and manually edit each one after converting. Hopefully Whoop fixes this soon or there’ll be lots of Canadians with the same problem.

Problem was solved on my end. The previous ghost results refreshed automatically today :man_shrugging::flexed_biceps:
