Adding Set tracking to weight training workouts

An idea to better the weight training activity would be adding the ability to add number of sets, reps, and weights while the activity is being tracked rather then going in and added them after the workout!

Whoop currently has that ability now to do so if you create your own Strength Training Workout. Once you start the workout you can modify the workout during your session/workout. Maybe what your asking is different than what I am explaining.

Well explained in my opinion! Many don’t know you can use strength finger for weight lifting or even build your own workout programs.

Most people end up just starting the weight training activity.
