Add the fifth family plan at $199

I already have a family of 4, want to add a fifth member on Peak plan,

but the new device charges $220, not $199

I tried invite new member via link or gift one in app, both show 220 usd.

The support agent is AI which is not helping.

Be sure to mention that you’re adding a 5th member to an existing Family Plan on Peak and that both the invite and gift flows are showing $220 instead of $199. Screenshots will also help speed things up.
