I honestly don’t see what’s all the many complaints about. Whoop’s device, app and support have been most excellent for me:
Device: Sleep, Nap, Heart Rate, Workout Detections have been amazingly accurate, even when some cases I thought impossible to.
App: The most comprehensive and well-thought-out design of most fitness apps I’ve used. There are some features in the app which I hope could be better, eg. Change Community Tab to something I can customise, but don’t all apps have some flaws as well?
Support: I’ve asked for a replacement device, not that the device has failed, it’s been working very well, just that I want to have a spare in case my current device fails, and I need to continue my usage without data loss. And the support has been quick with emails.
One feature I hope Whoop can add to is ‘Shoe/Gear Tracking. That’s all.
