Many users perform prayer daily (up to 5 times), which creates consistent behavioral data that could be correlated with HRV, recovery, and sleep.
Suggested features:
- Add “Prayer” as a Journal behavior
- Optional frequency input (e.g., 1–5 times per day)
- Correlate with recovery metrics
This would improve behavioral insights and better reflect real recovery habits for many use
