it would be very helpful if we could break down the strength activities into hours as a goal, like we have for the zones, since that is what is measured in the healthspan app; i have it set to strength 4 days a week, but how does that rate against the healthspan metric? who knows until i get my report on sunday! Were my activities 2 hours or 15 minutes? who knows! i’d have to go back through the week and add up the minutes.
The healthspan is a clearly well researched target of activity time, so it makes sense to align my weekly goals with it, but then the app doesn’t actually support that!
