Add Activities error

It seems that I’m currently unable to add any activities on my Whoop account, and I’m not sure if it’s related to my settings or a system issue. I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference — could you please take a look and advise on how I can resolve this?

Looks like you are adding a workout in the future. It’s October 7th today.

I’m not sure what’s the best way to add these activities as it seems they can only be added for the current day, not in advance. ? Also, I think the timezone is making it a bit confusing since I’m based in Asia, and it’s already the end of October 7 here.
