How to activate whoop membership

Welcome to WHOOP!

To activate your WHOOP membership, follow these steps:

  1. Create or log in to your WHOOP account at join.whoop.com or via the WHOOP mobile app.

  2. Pair your new WHOOP device with your account.

  3. Your included membership (usually 12 months) will activate automatically as soon as your device is paired.

If you already have a WHOOP account, the new membership term will stack on top of your current plan.
