I used the Whoop Band for the first time last night. Didn’t sleep well at all, went to bed an hour after the time Whoop recommended, took a while to fall asleep, woke up 5 times and even got up twice to walk around for a few minutes. Now I feel exhausted and … well, just like you feel after a night with bad sleep, ready to fall asleep on the spot. Well, my Whoop Band ist happy, though, telling me I am 94 % recovered and had a 92 % sleep. Huh??? I don’t get it.

If last night was the first night using it, I wouldn’t put a lot of faith in the data. It takes two weeks of data for the Whoop to calibrate to your data and patterns. So keep wearing it and as the Whoop collects more and more data, it will become more accurate.
