60 minutes of Weightlifting Calories vs BMR - Whoop is flawed!

Please see below to prove my theory on Zone 0 and Zone 1 calorie excess vs BMR on Whoop. It is massively flawed.

Below are my completed weightliftings sets through 60 min today. Screenshots attached. This proves my observation in my daily blog, that Whoop does not give enough calorie credit for Zone 0 and Zone 1 activity. Garmin vs Whoop photos attached.

Whoop - total calories on the activity through 60 minutes : 104 kcal
Garmin total calories on during the same time period: 183 kcal.

My BMR has been manually set to 2,000 kcal per day on Whoop. That equals 83 kcal per hour.

HOW is it possible that all of the below has only contributed to 21 kcal above my BMR on Whoop??? This makes absolutely no sense.

My Garmin had me at 183 kcal during that same time period. And I haven’t given them an artificially high BMR to set. My true BMR is 1,749kcal.

Completed sets:
⁃ 5 sets standing barbell shoulder presses
⁃ 5 sets calf raises
⁃ 4 sets cable shoulder side raises
⁃ 4 sets shrugs
⁃ 4 sets dumbbell front shoulder raises.
