$528 Charged for WHOOP Peak Family Plan – Both Memberships Inactive and Support Not Resolving the Issue!

$528 Charged for WHOOP Peak Family Plan – Both Memberships Inactive and Support Not Resolving the Issue!

I am extremely disappointed with WHOOP and the way their customer support is handling my situation.

On October 26, I purchased a WHOOP Peak Family Plan for two people (myself and husband) and was charged $528.

The correct price should have been $430, but I accidentally selected the wrong country during checkout, resulting in an overpayment of $98.

I immediately contacted WHOOP Support to resolve the billing issue.

However, instead of fixing the problem, things got significantly worse.

Here is what happened:

  • WHOOP charged me $528 for a full year of Family Plan membership.

  • Husband was unexpectedly removed from our Family Plan and transferred to an individual membership without my request.

  • Both of our WHOOP accounts now show that our memberships have expired.

  • My account has no active membership or next billing date and asks me to purchase a new subscription.

  • I have contacted support multiple times, but the problem remains unresolved.

  • I keep receiving generic responses and acknowledgments instead of an actual solution.

I have paid $528, yet neither of us can properly use the product we paid for!

I use WHOOP daily to track my workouts, recovery, and health metrics. I rely on this device for my training, and now I’ve been unable to use its full functionality for more than 24 hours.

I have already explained to support that I want to keep USD as my billing currency and restore our WHOOP Peak Family Plan.

I even suggested that instead of refunding the $98 overpayment, WHOOP could apply that amount toward extending our Family Plan membership.

But my main concern is much simpler:

WHY HAS OUR PAID MEMBERSHIP STILL NOT BEEN RESTORED?

I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I paid for a product, and I expect to be able to use it.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering the price of the membership.

Can someone from the WHOOP team please escalate this issue to a supervisor or billing specialist and help restore our Family Plan immediately?

I would also appreciate a clear explanation of what happened to my payment and why both accounts were deactivated.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with WHOOP Family Plans or payments being charged while memberships remain inactive?

I would appreciate any advice or help in getting this resolved.
