I have used my 4.0 device for over 200 consecutive days now and have never had an issue. The device suddenly disconnected and is charged. When I get it into pairing mode. Device doesn’t show up in the pair device settings in the app or even on the Bluetooth settings on my phone. I need actual tech support not AI telling me the same thing over and over again. I believe at this point I need a replacement device
Hey @mondine906,
Sounds like you may have already done a lot of the right steps. A few of things to double-check:
-
Force close the WHOOP app on your phone.
-
Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and “Forget” any WHOOP devices listed.
-
Restart your phone.
-
Open the WHOOP app again and tap Pair New Device.
-
Select WHOOP 4.0 when it shows up.
-
Make sure Bluetooth and Location Services are turned on for the WHOOP app (this step is especially important on Android).
If you’ve done all of that and the device still doesn’t appear, it’s likely a hardware issue and you’ll want to contact support@whoop.com for help with a replacement.
