24 moth membership credit not in my Whoop account

I have purcharsed a two-year Peak plan and got my 5.0 device. I had to insert my billing info again and got a one month free trial although I hd prepaid for 24 months.
So now, I am in my account and started calibrating but I do not have any membership credit.

Can you please get that credit on my account 99philipp?
