2 months trial - tricked into annual subscription

Here is the situation: I provided my wife with my old Whoop 4.0 device for testing purposes, using a trial period that was clearly described as lasting 2 months.

However, it seems that following the steps provided by Whoop to activate her testing period has inadvertently resulted in her account being enrolled into an annual subscription, with no clear warnings or indication of this consequence.

This was not my intention, and subscribing for a year was never my consent nor my understanding. I find Whoop’s subscription activation process misleading and extremely unhelpful in preventing such situations.

I want to stress my dissatisfaction and disappointment with Whoop’s unclear subscription process. Your company should prioritize transparency in user interactions to avoid confusion.
