Hello. I purchased a WHOOP 5.0 Life (12-month membership included).
The box says “12 Month Membership Included”, but the app shows only a 1-month trial.
Please check that my device / order has the prepaid 12-month membership attached.
My renewal date is Dec 20 2025, which shows only the trial month.
