Dear WHOOP Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my WHOOP device. The sensor is not working and the device is not connecting to the app.
This problem started two days ago, and since then the device has not been recording any data such as sleep or recovery.
I tried charging the device and reconnecting it, but it still does not work.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
