Hello, I did the month free trail and then tried to return the whoop as I don’t want it, as it’s not an enough of an improvement compared to my current smartwatch. Now they charged me $399 and I don’t even want the product. I’ve been trying to contact someone from whoop but I’m just getting AI replies on email. Does anyone know how I can contact and talk to someone from whoop?
WHoop customer service is terrible. Worst i have experienced in a long time. I have been trying to return a device and they are giving me the run around in order to run down the clock. Total Joke
