My WHOOP Wireless PowerPack shows a green LED, but it does not charge my WHOOP device. I have fully charged the PowerPack, removed and reattached it several times, and left it attached for more than 30 minutes, but the battery percentage does not increase.
I’ve seen other people’s WHOOP devices show that they’re charging when the PowerPack is attached, but mine doesn’t show anything at all.
No matter how long I leave it charging, the battery percentage on my WHOOP doesn’t increase. The PowerPack itself charges normally, but it doesn’t seem to charge my WHOOP.
Has anyone else had this problem?
