Whoop is not pairing

No green LEDs underneath

The blue LED does not appear

The WHOOP app is updated to the latest version

The problem that it suddenly stoped working and I did forget device in the Bluetooth, but once I open the WHOOP app, it reconnect automatically without connecting it , the serial number of device appears in the WHOOP app, but it won’t connect.

And I’m really upset that I’ve used the WHOOP only for three months and now it’s not working and my streak will go away, which would make me upset

I am facing the same and been using it from same period, many users have faced the same

Did anyone find any solution to this problem ?

Hey @lamakabrah I’m having the same issue — no green LEDs, no blue light, and the app shows the serial number but won’t actually connect. Mine also stopped working out of nowhere, and I’ve been using my WHOOP since January. I had a 59‑day streak, so I get why you’re upset.

I’ve seen others with the same problem and WHOOP Support has replaced their sensors. I’ve already contacted them and I’m waiting for their reply — hopefully they do the same for us.

Hey @Adi_i_i You should contact WHOOP Support and open a case. They’ve helped people with the same issue, and some even got a replacement sensor. It’s the best way to get it sorted.
