Whoop family membership

Dear WHOOP Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I recently purchased a WHOOP Family Plan for 3 members. However, I am facing an issue when trying to add the other two members to my plan.

Here is what is happening:

  • When I try to add a new person, the system asks me to pay for them individually.

  • If I select the option stating they are already part of a plan, it says their email addresses do not exist.

Since I have already paid for the 3-member family plan, I should be able to invite them without extra charges. Could you please check my account status and resolve this issue so I can successfully send the invitations
