Whoop device that stopped syncing with the app and is showing abnormal LED behavior, causing pairing and connection failures.

My Whoop stopped syncing with the app since this morning. I’ve tried reconnecting it, pairing again, and even deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing has worked.

When I put the battery pack on, the battery pack shows green and the Whoop sensor on the side also shows green. However, when I remove the battery pack and double-tap the device, the battery pack shows red and the Whoop itself shows no light.

When I try to pair it, the app can see my Whoop, but the connection keeps failing. There is no blue LED on the side during pairing and there is also no green sensor light under the device. I’m also unable to forget the device from Bluetooth on my iPhone.

Has anyone experienced something like this or know how to fix it?
