# Whoop can’t reconnect to the phone

i have my whoop but it was out of battery and i couldn’t find the charger, once i found the charger and tried to charge and connect whoop with my phone. it’s not connected and can’t repair to device. i have tried everything you sent but it’s still not working and connecting. do you have any staff in person that can help?
