I had purchased from Amazon, but this is kind of confusing. I accidentally logged in with my old account, and it popped up and asked to purchase again, so I switched to a new account, and it showed the same. Now I can’t access both accounts, and I am kind of stuck on which account to use, and the subscription is halted. I believe this issue has been coming whoop for a long time, but whoop still hasn’t fixed this
i have already raised a ticket and submitted all the details, seems like no use to me it’s really pathetic of a company which uses atheletes to show case doesn’t have a proper customer team and this subscription sucks if you buy externally
