Have an account for over a year and just now I was prompted to reset my wake up time and when I went to the Whoop app I discovered I had been logged off—not by my doing!
I pay a monthly $40 subscription fee!!!
Trying to log back in but Whoop app keeps prompting me to create a new account!
What happened?
