Hi everyone,
I just bought a brand new WHOOP and I’m completely stuck during setup on iPhone.
What happened:

I created my account and started the onboarding process.

During the Terms & Privacy Policy screen, the checkboxes would not respond at all.

I deleted and reinstalled the app while still in the setup process.

Since then, I can’t get into the app anymore and I keep getting errors.
Important details:

I CAN log into my account successfully on the WHOOP website.

I receive login/security emails normally.

The issue only happens inside the iPhone app.

I already tried:
-
reinstalling the app
-
restarting the iPhone
-
clearing Safari data
-
Wi-Fi and cellular
-
Bluetooth reset
-
updating iOS
-
It feels like my onboarding/setup got stuck or corrupted after deleting the app mid-setup.
Has anyone experienced this before or found a fix?
