Whoop app isn’t working

Hi everyone,

I just bought a brand new WHOOP and I’m completely stuck during setup on iPhone.

What happened:

  • I created my account and started the onboarding process.

  • During the Terms & Privacy Policy screen, the checkboxes would not respond at all.

  • I deleted and reinstalled the app while still in the setup process.

  • Since then, I can’t get into the app anymore and I keep getting errors.

Important details:

  • I CAN log into my account successfully on the WHOOP website.

  • I receive login/security emails normally.

  • The issue only happens inside the iPhone app.

  • I already tried:

    • reinstalling the app

    • restarting the iPhone

    • clearing Safari data

    • Wi-Fi and cellular

    • Bluetooth reset

    • updating iOS

It feels like my onboarding/setup got stuck or corrupted after deleting the app mid-setup.

Has anyone experienced this before or found a fix?
