Whoop App 4.0 not Connecting

Hello,

I’ve been experiencing an issue with my Whoop app for the past two days. I can no longer see any data for sleep or recovery, and my phone is unable to connect to my Whoop device.

I’ve made sure the device is fully charged and followed all the recommended steps to reconnect it, but it doesn’t flash a blue light and still won’t connect.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?
