Whoop 5.0 Upgrade Stuck in Waiting to Process Stage

this is a joke. our standard processing time is 7-10 business days? thats funny because the service i paid £7.99 for is 3-5 business days.

i would love for you to get in touch so you can arrange a refund.

I’m losing the will to live! Ordered my strap on 12th May within seconds of my husband. His strap arrived last week and my order is still hanging at the processing stage.

Like everyone else, I’m getting a combination of AI chat bot responses and what appears to be an outsourced call centre as the english is poor.

Money taken upfront at the point of sale for an upgrade, expedited shipping, promotion of extras for being a loyal customer for over 5 years and now nothing…

The truth is Whoop is experencing logistic and distribution issues just like the Whoop 4.0 release. Time to come clean.

I have ordered my whoop 5.0 three days ago and it says like waiting to be processed so how many days I have to wait to get it?

I placed an order for the WHOOP MG on May 12, and reached out to WHOOP Support several times afterward when the product failed to ship. Each time, I was given a new shipping date—none of which were honored.

After nearly two weeks of missed deadlines and vague responses, I sent a final email on May 24, requesting either a firm delivery commitment or a refund. WHOOP responded on May 25, claiming there was an “address error” that caused the delay—something they never informed me about in earlier replies. They then processed a refund without giving me the option to fix the issue or proceed with the order.

To top it off, they offered a 15% discount on accessories, which frankly does not compensate for the poor experience or lost time.

I’ve now cancelled my subscription, as I no longer trust WHOOP’s customer service or order management process. This was not the level of professionalism I expected from a premium fitness and health tracking brand.

I ordered the MG on May 12 and my order is STILL waiting to be processed. It’s not even being worked on. I don’t even want to know how long it will take from the time it IS finally being processed. I have never been this frustrated with a purchase.

Same issue here — I ordered the MG/Life hardware upgrade on launch day (May 8). It’s now well beyond the 5–7 business day shipping window WHOOP advertised, and my order still hasn’t shipped. It’s been stuck in “Waiting to Process” the entire time.

Since then, I’ve received:
• Contradictory responses from support (stock issues… then not)
• Promises that orders would be split… then that they wouldn’t
• A compensation offer (1 month) that was never actually applied
• And eventually, complete silence

I escalated directly to WHOOP’s CEO, their SVP of Data, and the press team — all of whom have read the emails. No one has responded meaningfully. They just merged my cases back into standard support and ghosted it.

Worse — when I posted about it on Reddit, the post was deleted within seconds. No warning, no mod comment, nothing. Just gone. WHOOP clearly doesn’t want these issues seen or discussed.

I’ve now taken this public across multiple platforms to warn others.

I placed an order for the Whoop 5.0 upgrade on May 8, and since then, the order status has not advanced beyond “waiting to be processed.” It has been over two weeks, and the system appears to be stuck or malfunctioning. Despite this, I’ve already been charged for the product.

What’s more frustrating is that I’m unable to cancel the order or request a refund through your platform, and the only response I receive is a generic AI-generated message stating the order cannot be canceled. This is unacceptable.

Same issue for me, ordered May 8th. It’s June and still stuck in waiting to be processed. Last week I was told it was because a band was out of stock and they’d split the order. But still no movement or change. It’s very frustrating.

Same here. Ordered my 5.0 mg 24 days ago and say TO BE PROCESSED. Why take the money until it ships? Why not an explanation other than a computer response? Not good. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Ordered may 20th and it’s still waiting to be processed…I’ll be refunding the order if no progress is made with my order within a week

I paid over $500 for my order. That was well over six weeks ago.

It is maddening trying to deal with this order. Why would they take my money and then not ship the product.

I even gotten an email after I opened up a support case And after about a week or so they canceled one of my bands and said my order is now ready to ship. That was two weeks ago and I haven’t heard a thing. They are screwed up.

Why don’t they just tell us the truth and they don’t have it and it won’t be here for months?
