WHOOP 5.0 Not Charging, But Battery Pack is Charged

My WHOOP 5.0 has been working fine for the past 5 months. About a week ago, the device fully died and I have not worn it since. I recharged the battery pack and it shows a green light indicating it is charged. However, when I attach the battery pack to my WHOOP, it does not charge the device. The WHOOP app still shows the device as dead/offline. I have tried reseating the battery pack and cleaning the charging contacts, but the issue persists. Any ideas on how to fix this? I have just put in a customer support request.
