I just activated my Whoop 5.0 with Peak membership last week and has been working perfectly fine for last 7 days.
I was using a whoop 4.0 for the past one year and decided to buy a whoop 5.0 peak from Dubai and activated it with my account. It also showed that my next due membership is in October 2026.
I gifted my whoop 4.0 to my wife and took a 2 month trail for her to understand how whoop works.
I had already logged into the app (same e-mail as used from the purchase) and paired my whoop - this has all been succesfull, however I got a message to get a membership activated and the peak membership is not showing in the membership overview. Could it be that there is a delay on membership activation or is there any technical issue with whoop.

For your new WHOOP 5.0 with Peak membership: If your membership overview is not showing the Peak membership or the correct renewal date, please double-check your membership status in the WHOOP app or web app under the Membership and Billing tab. It should display your current plan and next billing date.
For your wife’s WHOOP 4.0 trial: If she’s seeing a prompt to activate a membership and the trial isn’t showing, make sure she’s logged in with her own email (not yours) and that the device is paired to her account. Trial memberships are linked to the account, not just the device.
