I interchange weeks with running and strength training and throw in a rest week for recovery every few weeks, but I have to change my weekly plan every time. Could there be a pre-saved weekly plan feature so I don’t have to keep track of the saved plan details outside of the app?

Great idea @heathermoon. I know we’ve discussed this internally. I’ll add this feedback to the Product team so that it’s logged. We’re always trying to experiment with the consumer experience, and I know you’re not alone out there in wanting this ability to switch things up. Thanks for letting us know.
