I’m unable to see just the upgrade option, the only option that I’m seeing is to extend my membership by one more year to get the upgrade. Moreover, I’ve seen people who’ve purchased within the last 30 days, have their upgrade fee waived off. Could you please help me with this? I’ve attached the relevant screenshot for the same. And as you can see from the screenshot my membership is new and active. I purchased whoop 4 on the 1st of May, 2025.
Note: I’ve also tried checking it on the website to see if this option shows, but it doesn’t.
