Very disappointing experience as a loyal WHOOP member since 2023. My recent renewal experience was frustrating. My membership was automatically upgraded and charged for a full year of WHOOP Peak, but I did not receive the hardware that Peak is advertised to include. If a new customer manually clicks the upgrade button, they receive the full kit. However, when WHOOP’s system applies the same upgrade automatically to loyal members, we pay the same price but do not receive the kit. That feels unfair and confusing.
