I’ve reached out via email and chat & they keep mentioning options I don’t have when trying to get an itemized receipt for my FSA/HSA. There is not an itemized receipt. No UPC code, just a billing summary. I never received an emailed receipt, just the 30 day out notification about my upcoming renewal. Help!
