I recently completed a one-month trial with a WHOOP 5.0 through the peak program. During the trial, I received a refurbished sensor, the standard CoreKnit strap, and a wired charger.
My paid Peak membership is about to start soon, and I’m wondering how the equipment transition works. Will I keep the trial sensor and strap, or will I receive the new Peak membership equipment?
When your paid WHOOP Peak membership starts, you will continue using the equipment you received during your trial, including the refurbished WHOOP 5.0 sensor, CoreKnit strap, and wired charger. The transition to the paid membership does not automatically include new equipment. Your trial equipment remains yours to use with your Peak membership.
