Is it possible to track the amount of time per week spent on strength training activities like there is for the heart rate zones?
Hey @tmass22,
Yes! WHOOP tracks Strength Activity Time, which includes time spent on strength training activities like weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit, and other similar workouts. This time is measured weekly and contributes to your overall Strain score. You can see your weekly Strength Activity Time in the app, and it is also factored into other metrics like Healthspan and recovery recommendations.
If you want to track your strength training time similarly to how you track heart rate zones, you can view your weekly Strength Activity Time in the Health or Strain sections of the WHOOP app. This helps you monitor how much time you dedicate to strength workouts each week.
Open the WHOOP app on your device.
-
Go to the Home screen.
-
Scroll down and tap on the “Health” tab or section.
-
Look for the Strength Activity Time metric, which shows the total time spent on strength training activities over the week.
-
You can also check the Strain section for a deeper dive into how your strength workouts contribute to your overall strain score.
