Thanks for the chart, it would have been so much better if this was in the Pace Of Aging tab. I just noticed today I am at 0.3x but again not much has changed but your 6 months worth of data might explain it. As for the chart it might have been better for them not use numbers and especially the x part. Maybe this is OK now I understand it but can’t stress enough how confusing it was until the chart was shown to me. A real error on Whoops side not showing this in the screen. The graphic with slow at -1x and fast at 3x suggest that unless you are at -1 you are aging faster. Anything bigger than zero suggests a faster pace of aging.
