The sensor not working
Yeah bro @alahmad11, same here — my sensor isn’t working either. No lights, no tracking, nothing. I already contacted WHOOP Support and opened a case. You should do the same so they can check your device or replace it.
My MG device has stopped responding too some 3 days back and despite every effort, cannot get it to work - no LED, no sensor, no bluetooth - just plain dead!
You can request for support and they will ask your to ship the old one and they will give you a new one.
I had the same, waiting since 5 days .
Same as mine but unfortunately whoop support they don’t believe that there is something wrong they keep repeating the same thing they send the steps of pairing it’s annoying
Yeah bro, that’s frustrating @azzanalbah Some support agents just repeat the same pairing steps even when the sensor clearly isn’t working. Just make sure to tell them there are no lights at all and that you already tried everything — once they see it’s a hardware issue, they usually approve a replacement. Don’t give up!
