Does anyone know when Whoop will sort out the transfer of steps issue to Health Connect? I am losing health points from my medical aid without steps. Without this working i may have to go back to my old non-whoop device if this isn’t resolved soon.
I’ve given up after reaching out to support multiple times. I have to wear my Pixel watch for my wellness program at work. Once some other wearable catches up, I’ll probably ditch Whoop entirely.
Mine is syncing now but it uses a time frame that covers two days. This causes Health Connect to prorate the steps.
